Business Outlook
Pros
Not only are they a stable company with excellent growth every year, but they also treat their employees with absolute loyalty. The benefits are fantastic (at least for singles... I cannot speak for families), the area for growth is available and defined and I feel that my contributions are appreciated on a weekly basis. Diversity is encouraged regularly and I do not have to worry about traveling constantly or excessive work hours.
Cons
I feel the pay is not competitive enough but their benefits exceed.
