Thank you for taking the time to post this review. It is great to hear how much you enjoy working for our company, and the ownership you take in your job. I hear you loud and clear on getting more information about all the great things going on in our company pushed out to everyone in the field. We are currently working on a complete overhaul of our website that will make it much more interactive for our team and customers; and we have plans to start publishing our quarterly newsletter again in the near future. While I know you listed our zero tolerance cell phone policy as a con, I hope you understand that we have that policy in place to protect you. There are thousands of stories about drivers killing themselves and others while being distracted on their cell phone. We want you to go home every night to your family, and not end up as another story of a distracted driver whose life changed because of a call or a text. My hope is one day you can list that as a pro because it has made you a better driver both at work and in your personal life. I appreciate your advice to our senior leadership to get out and visit "the guys in the trenches." Our mechanics are the heartbeat of our company, and I personally try to visit every tech I can when I am on the road.
