Pros

Fantastic company if your looking for growth with a fairly large national footprint. Management is fair and down to earth. Hard work pays off. Good benefits and pay scale.

Cons

Because of the size of the company, sometimes takes a little longer to implement changes. Otherwise no cons.

We are excited about where our company is going, and it's because of our great team members like yourself, that we are on pace for another record growth year. And you are exactly right about hard work paying off; because we continue to expand our footprint across the country, we continue to need strong leadership to support our growth; whenever possible, we try and promote from within. Today, well over half of our lead techs, Region Service Managers, and Region RVP's joined our company in a different capacity, worked their tail off, and are now in a leadership position. Pros

The pay is decent, and you are not micromanaged.

Cons

Management is so moody and act like bullies. They preach about communication, yet ignore you if you are not doing everything to make them look better. If you question what they say, you may as well have a target on your back. Morale is so low and nobody has job security. You should never have to question whether today is going to be the day you are fired for no reason, other than your boss is a bully or doesn't like you for being more competent than them. Higher level management should never talk down about their employees, past or present, to other employees. It is amazing how some people seem to be invincible just because the revenue numbers make them look good, when they are not qualified to run a region.

I never like to hear (or read) about any employee, let alone one that is still with us, and has been with us for as long as you have, feel the way you do about your job and our company. I am not sure what Region you are working out of, but would like the opportunity to talk to you about your concerns. I have traveled all over the country this year, and have visited with many of our team, and the excitement that I have experienced from everyone has never been higher. We continue to grow both organically and through acquisition, opening up opportunities for advancement. We implemented a 401k match earlier this year. Our Director of HR established a focus group at our corporate office to better understand how all departments can work closer together (with great input). I recognize that not everyone is going to have the same impact from all the great things we have going on at our company, but morale is high, and our team is what drives our success.
