Pay better than most, but it comes with high demands.

absolutely no work/life balance. Long shifts, EXCESSIVE TRAVEL. Horrible work enviroment. A few good service managers but thier bosses beat them down. They preach how much they care then tell you to work week ends if you cant work a day because of snow. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY. BETTER OPPORTUNITIES OUT THERE.

As with most things in life, with high reward comes high expectations; and we are no different at Dickinson Fleet Services. Our mobile service technicians have to be organized with their time, and those that don't have the ability to do that, can feel like there is little work/life balance. However if you ask any of the 450 highly successful mobile service technicians that work for us today, most, if not all, would tell you that they like the independence of being on the road, and that our company culture rewards those with an entrepreneurial spirit. Being a mobile service technician is not for everyone, and I take the responsibility of our management team putting you in a job that you were not capable of succeeding in. Our over 900 team members are excited about the future of our company. There are a lot of exciting opportunities for us in 2019 that could make it our best year ever!
