Hiring upper Management that are running the company into the ground look at the numbers!! This all they care about is money not the people who they service or the dedicated employees past or present >watch the money that owed to you !!

Unrealistic Demands by Unreasonable Management

Generally speaking, working in the field with customers and prospects in the heavy duty trucking industry is an enjoyable experience.

Cons

Revenue increase goals are wildly unrealistic. Local management is problematic, and regional management is based on the Martinet model. Training is incidental at best, and resources/tools are limited. Management will take extra steps to avoid paying commissions due. Lack of accountability throughout the organization compromises productivity.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your frustrations. While you may have felt some of the sales goals you had while you were working for us were "wildly unrealistic," I can assure you that the growth expectations are similar for all of our sales team, and are being exceeded by most of our sales executives. Our commission plan pays for performance, so I can see where if you felt like the revenue goals were unrealistic, you wouldn't be earning the commissions you hoped. Our newly developed training team is in the field conducting technical and H/R training, and soon will be working with our sales teams on sales training. Our employees are our most valuable asset.
