      Thanks for your input and suggestions. It has been our practice to support our Dickinson Family members for over 18 years. We have an open door policy in the company that encourages Members of the Dickinson Family to talk to their supervisors, Managers and Owners of the company. We know that intimidation is not a motivator, it demotivates. We want every member of our team to be a self thinker, a self starter, bring new ideas and help everyone be more successful. We have more than double in size in the past 5 years because our Team Members are motivated, work hard, and have fun.

      Not having to punch a time clock i worked here full time for over many many years in florida mobile tech

      Cons

      Having upper management that makes up rules and is dishonest with tech and clients the benifts are a joke the minute you put in your notice they cut your familys insurance i would not recomend anybody wirk for this company
