Pros

- Truly a great company -Offers great opportunities for their employees and great advancement opportunities. -The amount of support the supervisors give is amazing.

Cons

-It truly does take a special person to do this job, you have to love what you do. -The amount of driving is insane EX: I would do a good 85 miles in one day! - Training was horrible

Pros

Coyne offers great starting pay and benefits. The supervisors and directors are supportive and want you to succeed. Coyne has advancement opportunities, with just a BA you still have opportunities to be promoted. Coyne also reimburses for mileage and driving.

Cons

I do not have any cons about this company. I have worked for other ABA based companies and find as a behavior interventionist that Coyne is the best.

Not everyone can do this job. It takes a strong and patient character.
