      Cozymeal has been a fantastic place to work. I love the opportunity to learn a new industry in a fun and fast paced environment. There are lots of opportunities for growth as a growing company. The leadership has been very supportive, open to feedback, values all team members and agile.

      Pros

      There are a great number of positives working at Cozymeal but as so many jobs it really depends on your personal situation. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that I can work remotely from anywhere that has internet. The working hours are flexible, which is essential when you are working on different time zones and that's great. It gives you a much better work life balance as you manager your on time. Although the expansion job can get a little repetitive there are opportunities to work on a variety of projects, which keeps the overall job more interesting.

      The company is fully remote.

      Cons

      Avoid this company and its lies. As well as being a control freak, the CEO is unpleasant and not as smart as he thinks he is. The micromanaging is unlike anything I've ever seen and he desperately needs some competent middle managers for his and the company's sake. Expect changing goals without warning and don't trust anything that is told to you as there is no transparency or honesty. The CEO has no problem lying and will end your employment without any warning. The business itself has potential but has zero organisation or culture - it is simply not managed well. People are promoted despite having no people skills at all so you will encounter regular passive aggressiveness.
