There are no pros. I guess you can consider 100 percent remote work to be a pro.

Cons

Everything! Low pay across the board. Horrible micro management. There is absolutely NO trust from the CEO. He is impossible to impress, is condescending and worst of all greedy. People get sick from the stress of working here, it unbelievably toxic. There are no leaders here only “bosses.” Professional development is non existent. Benefits are a joke.

I had some very talented co-workers. They deserve a better company.

Cons

This is the worst company i ever worked at. There is a lack of communication and the CEO never lets you get on with work as he is constantly calling you on Skype. The CEO attends every single meeting and just can't seem to trust anyone. The micro management is un-bearable. You will see that the roadmap changes every month so you can never have any stability.
