Pros

Fun environment at times, really good tips in the AM

Cons

The management has no backbone when it comes to guests in the wrong, and keeping around employees who dont do their job properly.

Pros

Management is some of the best in the business. Always willing to work with you. Great company to move up in. Always learning and growing.

Cons

Understaffed or Overstaffed. Hardly ever an inbetween. If you're a good worker, you're easily overworked. This is the case in any restaurant though. Health care is very costly and difficult.
