Pros

I made decent tips and they offer flexible hours being that they're open 18-19 hours a day plus they have good food with many different options.

Cons

Management neither supports their employees nor do their jobs. Corporate is corrupt too because they're no help when it comes to employee relations. Each year became more and more miserable. They fire hard workers and keep the thieves. Dangle promotions/raises.

Great benefits and competitive salary. Lots of long term employees. Flexible schedules which allow you to go to school.

Cons

Once you attain the highest level for your current position it is very hard to cross-train and learn other positions in order to move up within the company itself. Makes management hard to achieve

For the most part Decent pay, great coworkers, employee discounts, somewhat flexible with the schedule, not bad for a college PT job

Cons

The managers don't really care about you. You are a pawn for Cracker Barrel and the will expect you to do everything that Cracker Barrel asks of you for minimal compensation.
