I've been there for over 5 years, and the money you make depends on your willingness to pay attention to your tables!

Pros

Easy to make good money in the mornings and still have your nights to yourself Have multiple associate managers, so you're bound to like at least a couple of them Menu is pretty basic and doesn't change too much They do offer benefits and an employee discount

Cons

Customers are CHEAP. Do not expect 20% tips a majority of the time It literally will take almost 2 hours to be able to leave work because after you're taken off the floor, you still have to clean your tables, do your sidework, and roll a ridiculous amount of silverware If you do want to move up into a management position, it will take FOREVER and the pay is horrible for those promoted internally If you're a pretty girl, you will get sexually harrassed by patrons and management

Flexible scheduling, meeting new people. It was an easy way to make money while I was in college.

Cons

Poor management and no consistency. Sometimes all managers weren't all on the same page.

They work around your availability because there are soooo many employees to cover shifts.

Cons

If you are looking for a full time gig, this isn't it! A lot of employees means little shifts and only a couple of them a week! Good luck!
