Good with guest, terrible w/ management!

Pros

The money is good as long as you work full time, the guest do tip well.

Cons

The management can't make decisions together, they allow a hostile work environment, they'll hire anyone and trainers and etc will sign off on people who never should of been a server, when you tell them something is wrong or another employee has done something they ignore it! Management at the Sharon rd barrel is texting and seeing one of the servers outside of work and hired her back after being fired for constantly being an hour to two hours late for work.

Pros

This is overall a good company, in terms of they actually offer benefits for their employees unlike most restaurants. Fast paced, manageable.

Cons

This company is all about micro managing. You will hear from the Assistant manager, then the GM, then the DM, then the Regional VP. It is ridiculous. You couldn't do something without "upper management" hearing about it as well. Other than Christmas, don't plan on seeing your family. Required Holiday work. Like a government job with out the job security or paid time off.

Pros

This company still has the family feel to it, as it is still family owned. I loved the people I worked with, the amount of support on the bottom level was amazing.

Cons

There was trouble with consistancy at my store, the managers had favorites, openly. The general managers had issues with performing to standards.
