Working here means working for a company with an unbeatable reputation. They place a high emphasis on excellence, and expect the best from all of their employees. It isn’t easy being the best, but I can tell you that it’s worth it.

Cons

Strong work ethic is a must. They don’t take it easy on you just because you’re new, so you better be ready to jump right in.

I’ve been in this industry for a while, and C1S is one of the best. The pay is excellent. Technicians receive full benefits. And they put in effort to hire knowledgeable, experienced people so you’re never stuck working with rookies.

Cons

Communication is lacking between upper management and technicians. We need more clarity on long-term company goals.
