A crane company that respects the time and commitment of their employees. I won’t claim that I’ve worked for any other business in this industry before this one, but I’d be willing to bet that we set the bar for how to treat workers in the workplace.

Cons

Some people are lazier than others.

For the two years that I’ve been working at Crane 1 I’ve yet to run into any chronic problems that didn’t resolve themselves over a short period of time. Just stay focused on the task at hand and you’ll excel at your job. Not sure what other advice to offer.

Cons

Some people are resistant to change in the company. They fail to see that change can be a good thing.

Pros

My experience at Crane 1 Services was largely positive. It was a stable paycheck that kept me afloat during hard times. The work was consistent which I appreciated. This is something you tend to take for granted until you’ve been out of work for long stretches of time like I’ve been.

Cons

The biggest issue most people had was the fact that formal training wasn’t the greatest.
