Corporate will throw up a road block to the improvements in the form of “funding freezes” or goals that simply aren’t attainable with the leadership in place currently.

I like the structure of how the information is presented and the topics covered. I think is very important to communicate to all associates not only what is going on with the business finance but also where are we in terms of NPD products the challenges and even communicate tough things such as the Tabletop failures…

Cons

I guess sometimes we need more context of certain topics or products that are being presented to better understand the challenges or achievements… this might be a limitation due to timing but I think sometimes is needed

Shorted me $8,000 in commision

Strong history and used to have lots of innovations. Crane has excellent benefits.

Cons

I worked for only a few months. They shorted me $8000 in commissions because my inside team couldn't process before I left. The cash counting side of business is dying. Promised me on hire I would have a company car, two days before I get ready to come on they say they misspoke.
