Pros

good salary, good working hours. Met some great people.

Cons

Management in the US doesn't care about customers or employees. They are arrogant and not very intelligent. Very dangerous combination. They have no idea who works on what projects and then just stop projects and get rid of people without knowing consequences. Very sad to watch. No trust given to employees. Constant checks and micromanagement. And then they wonder why nobody wants to work for them.

The work itself is good and sometimes challenging on its own. The pay is decent but not up to par to its competitors.

Cons

Not enough pay. Parts for machines are not always available. Management could use some more hands off approach to not micro manage.
