Pros

Interesting and challenging work, friendly group of people

Cons

Cummins Allison was bought by CPI early in 2020. They are ruining the company by downsizing and getting rid of very good people. They don't seem to have an understanding of the complexity of the work. Cummins Allison seemed to have a very bright future, but no longer.

Pros

Benefits, Bonuses whatever you do because top management want their bonuses.

Cons

CPI does not care about technical skills. For them any software engineers can do the job of another engineer. Ranking deserves only one purpose: To know who will be fore next in case of not meeting shareholders expectations. Top management have no vision. Excess reporting everywhere. CPI claim they follow the Toyota way although they just want to reduce cost.

Pros

The parking is free and there is a Wegmans close by

Cons

The company is driven by product delivery not QUALITY product delivery. Cash is no longer king and the company has failed to keep up. What the heck is a PayPod? When it falls flat what do you do? Come out with PayPod2. The micromanagement goes all the way to the CEO to the point of banning steel bladed knives because someone in manufacturing cut their themselves. Next they will ban paper due to paper cuts. Ownership is non existent. The people that actually cared have either left or were laid off. I believe that the 150 year old R.T. Crane cult has come to it's rightful end
