      With the prior management, they cared about the people, were passionate about the products, and invested in both.

      Cons

      The new management doesn’t know the products, how to sell or service the products, and has gutted new product development. They think only in the short term; no long term vision.

      The only benefit is average compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Employees and management mentality is that they have always done it like this in the past, the word "innovation" is only in the name of the company but not in the employees and managers culture, change is very unwelcomed and frown upon. Employees and managers are very, very unorganized and reflects in last minute request and/or actions. Due to the lack of organization and therefore excess work load, employees and managers can be aggressive .
