Many peers around who help and support my business, good teamwork. All people are success minded. Many people are prepared to go the extra mile for success.

Cons

When starting with CPI it will be hard to hit the ground and get enough competence, you would really need a coach to lead you through the organization.

A mixed bag

Pros

If you love to Drive, this is the company for you. Lots of travel to Rural/Remote locations with a Company Vehicle and reasonable reimbursement. Low management intervention in your day to day work. Some flexibility in scheduling. A solid mix between Solo and Team-Oriented work.

Cons

Top-Heavy management wise, with upper management out of touch with ground level staff. Product training is sparsely timed (or non-existent) outside of the US. Slow and baffling supply chain issues for High Frequency parts. Depending on your geographic location, overtime is both necessary for day to day survival and to maintain service level.
