      Corporate culture dominates, particularly quarterly deliverables where the management seem almost desperate to collect all possible revenue,

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are excellent. Perks such as free coffee, lunches and snacks are common as well as free gym and fitness classes.

      Cons

      You can either adapt to the culture or you cannot. It is that simple. There is a pervasive "laissez faire" policy that cannot be over come. Don't try to get things done on your schedule as things will happen when they happen. Very limited sense of urgency.

      Pays good & good benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between management & department workers. Stressfull job everyday. Very little time to come up for air. Lack of product training in order to perform the job more efficiently.
