Pros

before the new regional leadership team teamwork existed now it doesn’t exist. Some good hardworking colleagues who are committed but don’t know for how much longer as leadership is draining the life of them.

Cons

The unprofessionalism of some of the senior regional leadership team is horrific. Travelling, flirting or sleeping with female staff, gossiping about confidential information and bullying is their forte. anyone who voice concerns or try to speak they are threatened, bullied and harassed. No team work and it is a vicious environment of stabbing people in the back unless you are at the top of the leadership ladder where you are untouchable and to top it all off they are a dishonest bunch of senior regional leadership team and their bad deeds will be known I’m just sorry that I am not around to see it all tumble down. Staff are overworked, undervalued and unappreciated whilst the RVP and his goons delegate and displays inappropriate behaviours to female staff. There were incidents that I personally wanted to report to HR but was prevented from doing so as the RVP said on a leadership call that all complaint needs to be address to the CMs and not HR and anyone who does not follow this will be disciplined which is a load of BS trying to intimidate staff.
