Pros

Design and overall atmosphere. People are generally fun and enthusiastic. Strong product. Careful decisions made in all aspects of business. Cautious to grow in a responsible way. Working towards an eco-friendly environment.

Cons

They want sheep not leaders. Compensation is not as good as it should be. 401K is a joke. You definitely have to sip the kool aid to move forward in the company and feel that you are paid fairly

Pros

Discount for furniture and housewares.

Cons

Lack of diversity in upper management - all white women who wear plaid and shop at Banana Republic and Gap with 2.3 children. The expectation is that you work 50+ hours and never have a weekend off unless you suck up to the right manager. It is a typical retail hell job that used to be fun and interesting and now it is about the almight dollar!
