- Marketing team is very supportive. ppl try their best to help each other. - The CEO is knowledgeable and passionate about the company's mission, you can learn a lot from him. - The company is growing fast. Besides its major product leading the industry, CMS also has a lot of new projects in the pipeline. - Great benefit, with monthly incentive and reimbursement

- The organization is transferring from startup to mid-size corp, there might be some space to improve on operation-wise

Pros

With a start-up culture, this company strives to progress with it's employees and look out for them. Like any start-up who aims to build an empire, it has faith in it's employees and their expertise to push themselves harder achieve the vision! It allows open communication and have an easily approachable management team. Fun and friendly environment and lot's of creative space. Birthday celebrations, unlimited vacation policy, team building event, Boba parties and much more!

I can't think of any for a start-up company. It actually a really great place to learn and get your foot in the door for gaming.
