In the three years I worked there the demand got higher and higher, without considering that the increase of demand per week was getting overwhelming. This job had nearly killed me by the time I left and it took months before I could write again. They do not care about you as a person, only your output and value as it concerns the bottom dollar.

Lack of transparency around company goals, real difficulty getting data to understand how we were doing or how to improve. Pivoting too fast before we had even learned any lessons. Mid and lower management feel like they are protecting everyone from higher management's erratic and "bold" choices, and everyone is always afraid of getting fired, so nobody can fight for anyone. Now that I am somewhere new, I realize just how bad it was there, how I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop, and how it really didn't have to be that way.
