Pros

Nice colleagues, Good office, Good salary, Opportunity to work on interesting projects / IPs (theoretically). A huge benefit is the ability to work from home.

Cons

There is much to be desired in terms of the organisation of work processes. I would categorise the management staff as insufficiently organised, tending to underestimate the complexity of the product that needs to be produced. Recently, PIP was introduced. Their implementation is extremely incompetent and harmful to the work environment. They are mostly used to punish people who don't necessarily perform poorly. Minimal career advancement options (If any). Outdated tech.

Pros

Friendly skilled colleagues that are warm and supportive Working on very nice IPs Little stress

Cons

Incompetent salary Fossilized tech, that people seem to not care about or want to change. There are spaghetti code many years old and nobody wants to change Management doesn't know how to make money, and drops the projects in the last moment
