It's all about the Environment.

Pros

Easy job, polite people, decent pay, free food, job safety, company is growing and hiring lots of people.

Cons

Don't be fooled by enthusiasts, the Environment is actually the number one reason not to work for CA. Very cliquey place, only fun if you are part of the clique. The flat hierarchy leads to a lot of problems. People are free to do whatever, yay, sounds like paradise? No, in practice it's not, it's hell. People only care about their own immediate tasks, and there is a major lack of communication and collaboration, in an environment where people don't genuinely care about other people. There are very high chances that you will be ignored, end up working alone, disengaged from your job, maybe afraid to ask questions or interact. In the absence of leadership, there is no real team work. People do not support, appreciate, and help each other. And yes, the results are stressful and ugly.

Pros

Free snacks, drinks and friendly HR

Cons

1. Expensive living cost of Horsham. I used to send 2/3 of my wage every month to pay for rent, taxes and so on. I was very surprized for that I earned poor money than I used to make. 2. Cliquey people and culture. You have to pay your efforts very hard to get into the relationship of your team and feel artificial atmosphere. CA is just a white-collar company. 3. Poor managers unexperienced. You will see a lot of less than 3-year experienced staff and juniors or decades experienced people, that means CA doesn't have enough mid-core. There are some managers who don't know how to manage teams because of their poor experience. 2. Probation period. I wanted to quit here at the initial stage but I couldn't because I have to cover the relocation cost if I quit early, I recommend having a right VISA first then come to the UK to work.
