- Avoid if you have other options. I understand the industry is in shambles so if you are desperate I get it, but keep your options open and look elsewhere - If you are someone who is a bit of a bully, no common sense and rude, you will fit in beautifully! - There are no repercussions for disgusting rudeness at this company, especially if you are management - The harder you work, the more you will be given and treated unfairly - The company began to fall apart when they promoted the current CEO (who doesnt have any idea to run a business, only knows how to give his buddies money) and when they hired the current CFO, who again has no idea. I dont know why SEGA dont want to be successful, or is the wool really being pulled over their eyes? But surely numbers dont lie and the results speak for themselves... - Please remember that HR are not your friends and this company is no exception - If you are a nice, honest, hard worker you will be driven mad working here so be aware and use all the benefits that you can to keep your sanity
