      Pros

      good pay, flexible hours, relaxed environment

      Cons

      there is an incredibly large culture gap there as well as an extremely unprofessional environment. Lots that certain members that are related to the CEO can get away with, such as sleeping at their desks. CEO picks or doesn't pick contracts based on his own whims and there is a large turnover rate as the job you are brought in to do is rarely what you will actually be doing.

      Pros

      A lot of the people are very nice and easy to get along with, just make sure that this is worth more to you than the chance to advance your career.

      Cons

      Don't expect to get ahead or get raises in this company. More likely than not, unless you are friends/family with the senior management you'll be stuck exactly where you were hired.
