      Pros

      Very laid back work environment, but it is due to the fact that the CEO does not care.

      Cons

      Very unsupportive CEO and poor leadership skills. Does not allow his upper management team to do their jobs and it has reflected poor on the entire company. It has lead to a very toxic work environment, and unmotivated team. They give promotions and title changes but will not give you the financial compensation that is deserved with the promotions.

      I cannot think of one pro to working here other than collecting a paycheck. it is best to move on as soon as you have a chance.

      Cons

      be prepared to have your career goals shuttered. No support to grow, only to have you as a butt-in-seat contractor serving at the whims of a bloviating CEO
