      Pros

      Excellent Founder and benefits.Great teams and expertise. Forward thinking technologists. I enjoyed working for CITI as a PM and had excellent repoire and support form senior management. The health benefits were great and above average for a company of its size. Works engage internationally for technological progress.

      Cons

      Challenge working through transition after graduating 8A. Need better BD focus and pipeline planning with results. BD team was large considering success at the time.

      good pay, flexible hours, relaxed environment

      Cons

      there is an incredibly large culture gap there as well as an extremely unprofessional environment. Lots that certain members that are related to the CEO can get away with, such as sleeping at their desks. CEO picks or doesn't pick contracts based on his own whims and there is a large turnover rate as the job you are brought in to do is rarely what you will actually be doing.
