5yHello. Thank you for your review. We do encourage our employees to grow in the field of ABA and do offer opportunities to foster that growth. We cannot guarantee a minimum amount of hours. However, the more availability you provide us with, the more like we will be able to match you up with more clients. I apologize that you were staffed on a case that you were not prepared for. I will pass your recommendation on to our management, so our Entry Level Behavior Therapists feel more comfortable in the field.

We encourage our employees to grow here at CSH, offering them the opportunity to get their RBT certification and move up in the company.
