We really try to gear our training towards our therapists and their growth in the ABA field. With cases, we do match your availability with the clients' availability. Unfortunately, this is not an aspect that we have much control over, but we do understand that it is frustrating to our employees.

      I'm sorry that you felt you needed to disparage the company in this manner. We hold our therapists to a high level of expectation because the work they do is so important and we reward that dedication with higher than normal industry standards in both compensation and benefits. The fact that you were not able to reach that level should not discourage you from trying to improve, mature and reach new heights. Clearly, you are not a current Administrative employee since there is a bonus structure in place and you would not have been working weekends. We wish you all the best in your career!

      Pros

      This company offers so many wonderful things: benefits, health insurance, 401K, bonus plans, i could go on. But really, the biggest pro of working for this company is the AMAZING people we work with each and every day. The atmosphere of this company is open and friendly; to the extent that you actually look forward to going to work. I can honestly say i LOVE my job, and i can't imagine feeling this way at any other company.

      Cons

      It's been mentioned before, but this job does come with a LOT of driving, it's to be expected.
