Thank you for your feedback! We, at Creative Solutions for Hope, want all of our staff to succeed in their roles and provide extensive oversight and support to help each employee thrive and grow within the company. We are always looking to improve our company trainings and are currently training all incoming therapists across the BACB (the Behavior Analyst Certification Board) RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) task list, which encompasses each section required by the board for all employees providing behavior analytic services, with a minimum of 40 hours of clinical training.

We are happy to hear that you grew a lot during your time here at CSH! We put a lot of time and support into employee growth, training and oversight. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the benefits, but we do offer a comprehensive benefit package for full time employees (including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and company contributions for a 401K savings plan).

We are happy to hear you enjoyed building working relationships with your clients. We are sorry to hear that you found your management team to be rude, however, all of our managers go through extensive training and oversight, and we encourage all staff to communicate any concerns they may have regarding their teams, which is outlined during the HR training on the very first day of employment. To address your comment regarding training, all therapists are provided with a 40-hour training at the onset of their employment, outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) including training directly with their client, across every client assigned, and ongoing oversight and supervision throughout the month (with a minimum of 5% of those hours supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
