We’re happy to hear that you’re witnessing the evolution in our clients and their progress. We’re sorry that you feel as though the management and scheduling department is short-staffed and causing a work barrier. During the month of June we did experience an influx of scheduling adjustments and requests, but are happy to report we have since expanded our scheduling department to accommodate this increase and are continuing to review and respond to each scheduling adjustment request within the same day.

Working at CSH gave me some background in the field of ABA, and made my med school application stand out a bit more. It gave me work skills such as writing professional emails and teach me how to work under pressure.

Cons

CSH required lots of attention from a part-time employee which was hard to manage at the time.

As a Behavioral Therapist, it is imperative to remain consistent with your sessions for a successful therapy program. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the job role had too many expectations, however, the consistency with therapy sessions within your work availability is what our clients need to succeed within ABA therapy.
