Additionally, all administrators are provided with ongoing training and support, and submit daily reports to their supervisor as well as conducting regular check in meetings to assess the level of responsibilities, work load, and to express any concerns regarding it, so it can be adjusted and resolved through discussion. Our CEO only works directly with the department heads unless there is fraudulent activity and an investigation needs to be conducted.
