Hello, We are elated to hear that our training techniques have worked well for you. We do have lecture based, visual, and hands on types of trainings to capture all learning types. Our team at CSH is really more like a family, in that we are here to support one another clinically and administratively. We want to see one another succeed. We do have a monthly requirement that therapists are to provide supervisors with Therapist Feedback forms, where the supervisor would rate the employee on their performance while in a session. This helps make our performance reviews objective, and helps the supervisors ensure that they are meeting with therapists at least once a month. This also opens up communication with supervisors and staff as they are consistently meeting with therapists on a monthly basis.

We strive to attain success when ensuring that our employees our spending more time in their clinical session rather than driving. CSH prides ourselves on our detailed training as we want our employees to feel knowledgeable in all operations of their role. Our CEO does not provide oversight of our clinical team, however she does provide oversight over the entire company of CSH, as she works to improve the company to best benefit the clients we service. We do agree that there is a quick turn around time for emails, and this is due to the fact that with ABA, the staff are usually out in the field, and may need a quick response for their program. We pride ourselves on over-communication to ensure that everyone feels that their questions are answered in a timely manner.
