Hi, thank you so much for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our training here at Creative Solutions for Hope. We really try to gear our training towards our therapists and their growth in the ABA field. With cases, we do match your availability with the clients' availability. Unfortunately, this is not an aspect that we have much control over, but we do understand that it is frustrating to our employees.

Hi, I apologize that your experience at Creative Solutions for Hope was not great. We do let our employees take time off, but we do ask that you complete a Time Off Request at least 2 weeks prior to your vacation time. This is standard company protocol and that should have been made aware in your New Hire Orientation. In order to get paid vacation hours, however, you do have to accrue hours. Regarding the driving time, we ask all of our therapists where they are comfortable driving to during their interview. If the candidates says, Los Angeles County, then they may be scheduled anywhere across LA County, which is a large area. Other than that, we try to keep all of our therapists within a 25 mile radius of their homes. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at employment@cs4hope.com.
