CSH’s hiring team works to build a strong team of staff to pursue our mission of HOPE, and creating a difference in a child’s life. We are glad that you were able to experience our team and our training! As a therapist there is driving involved as we are mostly an in home based therapy company. Because of this, therapists are notified during the interview that they will have to drive, however the drive time and mileage is compensated when traveling in between clients only.

Working at CSH has been such a wonderful learning experience for me. The supervisors are so knowledgeable and helpful. You learn so much which helps you to grow and get better in the field! It is an amazing experience because you really do feel like you have made a difference in the lives of the kiddos! I also want to say that Asha and Sarah are the most caring and understanding human beings. They truly care for their employees and will do anything to make you feel welcome and supported. It has been my absolute pleasure working with the company and will recommend to anyone who truly wants to advance in the field and make a difference in the lives of the wonderful kiddos.

Absolutely wonderful team and amazing kiddos/clients! Everyone is kind, considerate, and helpful at CS4H. The pay, benefits, and hours are very fair. Any time I ran into a task I wasn't sure how to complete, there was always someone around to help. Overall, this is a great company to work for!
