Pros

A pro would be working with innocent little ones!

Cons

Supervisors have too much on their hands and are not supportive of therapists. Training is very minimal. Very little contact with supervisors! Had supervisor come visit client only ONCE in the entire time that I was there.

CS4Hope provides a 3 day paid training program for new staff before they begin work on client cases. We also provide ongoing training and support to our therapist. Pros

The supervisors and directors of the company are very accessible offering continuous support and training! This is a company that offers opportunity and promotes personal and professional growth. The compensation is better than fair and I always felt as though i was part of a family who had a mission in changing, altering, and improving the lives of children and families with developmental delays. It was wonderful to feel part of a team working for an amazing cause!

Cons

I cannot think of many cons other than the expectations of good work is a standard for the company. However, I do not believe that to be a con as one should strive to do their jobs well. Training is always available!

Pros

-Some kids and families are enjoyable to work with. -holiday party at end of the year.

Cons

-feels like glorified babysitting -therapists are pretty much left to develop and implement activities on their own because supervisors don't provide sufficient support -driving is excessive even though you are lied to about being matched with clients near your area -no reimbursement for travel -trainings on Saturday mornings are more for kissing up to management -hours are not flexible (any time off must be made up and nobody ever offers to cover) -office staff is not personable and are easily put off

Hello, thank you for your review. We love to show appreciation to our employees through gift cards, free meals, and events at the office. I apologize that your experience was not entirely positive. We do our best to respond to emails promptly and will respond within 24 hours, which is stated in the Offer Letter and the Job Description. Because you are working as a Therapist, the child does depend on you for services, and that is why we ask you the commit to their sessions and if you do need to miss a session, to please submit a time-off request 2 weeks prior. The purpose of our trainings is to help you develop your skills as an employee and to help you grow within the company. We want our therapists to be the best for our clients. If you ever need to reach Human Resources, they are always available at HR@cs4hope.com or you can call the front desk to speak to the department as well. Regarding driving, we do try to keep our therapists within a 25 mile radius of their homes. However, if you let us know during your interview that you are willing to travel to cities outside that range, you may be placed there. We also reimburse for travel and help pas for mileage as well. The BCBAs are there to support the Behavior Therapists throughout their training, as well as after for continuous development.
