Creative Solutions for Hope offers a competitive pay rate, which is analyzed on a yearly basis to ensure it stays competitive, along with several opportunities for growth throughout your employment, such as our Senior Therapist Level I - III opportunities that come along with pay increases, CSH also offers annual performance reviews with the opportunity for a merit-based pay increase, and an additional pay increase is offered within the first month of employment for obtaining your RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification. Lastly, we would like to take a moment to acknowledge your piece of advice. Upon interviewing, we make candidates aware that their employment begins with part-time hours as not to overwhelm our therapists with cases as they develop their skills as behavioral therapists.
