Creative Solutions for Hope offers a competitive pay rate, which is analyzed on a yearly basis to ensure it stays competitive, along with several opportunities for growth throughout your employment, such as our Senior Therapist Level I - III opportunities that come along with pay increases, CSH also offers annual performance reviews with the opportunity for a merit-based pay increase, and an additional pay increase is offered within the first month of employment for obtaining your RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification.

Upon interviewing, we make candidates aware that their employment begins with part-time hours as not to overwhelm our therapists with cases as they develop their skills as behavioral therapists.
