Pros

The leadership is amazing; the most transparent and direct that I have experienced in my entire career. Many companies say it, though this one really does ensure that delivery is excellent and the resources that each project needs. This focus makes business and personal growth become a reality. The benefits are really good; but most of all the culture is one of enablement and thus it is an energetic and positive place to work.

Credence is really focused on its 'bottom up' approach to service. It's a very ethical company with very high standards.

Cons

As it grows by leaps and bounds, it can't lose sight of the importance maintaining an interconnected corporate structure.
