I’ve worked at Laughlin for over ten years and have worked with different companies and never felt like I mattered. Credence truly cares about their employees. Right before I came on, I had a death in my family, Credence sent me a flower arrangement to express their condolences, this spoke volumes to me because most of us can feel like we’re just a body and can be replaced. But they took the time to pay their respects to my family and I’m truly grateful for that kind gesture. The work environment is very laid back and not micromanaged by any means which creates a positive workplace and you actually want to go to work. Our Program Manager Aaron has been great, he’s very engaged with his employees, very approachable and makes sure we all have what we need to get the job done! This is by far the best company I’ve worked for!
