      Pros

      Company has a great culture, very transparent about goals, plans for the future. Great opportunity to grow my income with no ceiling year after year and very little red tape gets in the way. Love having Home Based Office, as it offers tons of flexibility for my family and I can be driving results from anywhere. Director of Sales is fantastic, very available for coaching and does not micro manage. Company lives Good-to-Great Culture.

      Cons

      I miss office environment sometimes, having people to go to lunch with, etc...Do have good relationships with peers in the same city though.

      Pros

      Its like owning your own business without all the headache. The company provides, training, tools, and support that are unparalleled, so you can focus on growing your market. Management has your genuine interest at heart. I love being part of the company its become like family.

      Cons

      As with any large company there can be the trials of wading through corporate structure, but for the most part Credit Acceptance has made those hurdles as low as possible.
