      Pros

      -There are plenty of opportunities to advance your career as Credit Acceptance regularly hires for leadership positions from within. -Employees have been demanding that the company get more involved in charities and community outreach programs. The Great Place To Work - Community Service Committee was created in response to those requests. -Roundtables are held on occasion so that team members can sit with leaders and discuss what is/isn't going well and what suggestions they have to improve the company. -Pay and benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      -The amount of turnover is considerable. Credit Acceptance puts an emphasis on finding the 'Right People' for each position. Those who do not fit that profile are weeded out very quickly.

      Pros

      Upward mobility. Agressive Salary and Benefits. Focus on Organizational Health and Employee/Customer satisfaction. Constructive, open and honest communication is welcomed at all levels.

      Cons

      This place isn't for those who don't adapt well to change. The business constantly iterates through org design as it strives to find the best mix that helps achieve the company goals. This also is a tough environment for anyone who is less than an A player. Those who don't measure up to the expectations of the leadership and their peers are quickly identified and moved out.

      Pros

      The company is healthy and growing. People are entrusted with responsibility and expected to execute. Trust in leadership is higher than it has ever been. The work is challenging and enjoyable, and is always focused on improving the company.

      Cons

      Very few. The culture of the company embraces a direct, but positive work environment. People who are only concerned with complaining about a problem, as opposed to providing a solution, will not succeed here.
