      A great company that not only takes care of it's customers but it's people, with built is support systems from department to department, where opinions are valued as much as results

      Cons

      Not many here excellent pay as well as benefits, the holiday bonus program could be a little better but with everything else they offer it's tough to hold such a small item against them

      Pros

      Credit Acceptance is a great company to work for! I have been with Credit Acceptance for a long time and strongly believe that we have the best finance product in the industry. Also a very fast growing company with plenty of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Not much that I can think of in this area. Everyone seems to always be looking for areas to improve the business from top down.

      Product is 2nd to none in the automotive finance industry. Outstanding opportunity for hardworking individuals. Company is constantly looking for ways to improve. Credit Acceptance is truly interested in not only delivering consistent results, but also in being a Great Place to Work.

      Cons

      As with any change, there can be some bumps and bruises along the way. As the company continues to grow, the changes have been communicated well.
