      The ability to work from home and make a lot of money

      Cons

      Company is more concerned of meticulus detail in the CRM specifically the SAR portion. If a dealer is not all in for the program, you will always be treated like a last resort.

      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule (if you are in a metropolitan market) training, resources & benefits. Great for those who enjoy traveling & have a territory that is manageable with travel & production balance.

      Cons

      Segmenting markets needs to be more efficient . Territories that are in metropolitan areas have several MAM’s. Rural areas have territories that contribute up to 12 -13 hour drives. Instead of looking at opportunities in the market, rural areas should also have a mileage restriction to ensure safety & a better work/life balance. It’s counter productive when you average 300-400 miles/day for not only the company, but the expenses out weigh the pay for the employee even with an allowance.

      Pros

      Lots of parties and can get promoted with no qualifications. Most of the leaders wouldn't make it in a real company.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Makes the Fortune list a joke. They incentivize everyone to give good scores. Our sales leader monitors our responses. Retaliation for being honest.
