Family atmosphere. Encouragement from others. Great training.

Cons

Like any other collection positions (and really any employment) laws change and office procedures change so an open mind is essential.

PTO, Pay is good. Some good people are really nice and helpful

Cons

Favoritism, not honest, wanted to learn, but my Sr. Col Mgr kept spouting empty terms like "Win the Day" and "We are all a work in progress". Thinks he is some sort of inspirational leader. Didn't help me at all. No feed back on what I needed to do to improve. Nothing I could use day to day.
