Extremely flexible schedules, very friendly coworkers, easy going attitude, total understanding and patience during training, good pay and opportunity for commission, professional yet laid back workplace, everything about this job is refreshingly human and they really work with you a lot.

Cons

Sometimes there's miscommunication between supervisors, and there's only one per shift.

People here are amazing ... everyone is very understanding and will work with you ! I’ve never been at a job let alone a collection agency where the atmosphere is welcoming . Pay structure is very upfront and the work you put in is the compensation you get out . Have work preservers

There’s a lot of outbound calling but you do make money . “You do good you get good “.
