Pros

Free turkey on Thanksgiving. Really small staff. Training was easy and fast.

Cons

Basically working in a call center that's in a shipping warehouse. If you are expecting high end corporate like bank of America or geico, this isn't the place. The office is filthy. They've been saying they were going to fix it up since 2014. Still dusty. They make you keep your phone in a cubby like you are in grade school

We are sorry to hear you aren't impressed with the facilities at your location. As you may or may not know we purchased our own completely renovated facility that we are currently relocating to. We do offer full medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, free life insurance, as well as an employer matched 401k plan.
